Spotless hotel, and the staff were ever so helpful, location was ideal very close to Piccadilly train station. I was here for 2 nights and ate at refurbished restaurant for dinner. It also had a bright bathroom and comfortable beds - all for an exceptional stay. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. There were free internet and easy parking available.
The hotel staff was a bit rude.

I had a fantastic stay with a huge, comfy bath and an unexpected balcony surprise! Although the decor was slightly different from the bright photos, the cozy vibe made it worthwhile. Definitely returning!

The place was reasonably clean, I booked the double room with canal views, everything was fine. There were very clean beds and air conditioning, blinds and big windows inside the room.

Cool and special hotel, impressive rooms, bravo!
An electric kettle and glassware were nice. Fab and decent location, 20 minutes drive from the airport.

The room was awesome, well equipped, clean, comfortable bed, delicious biscuits included.
It was a little noisy, because the room was directly opposite the reception, on the other hand at a party street. If you join in the party, that won't be a problem.

For a quiet getaway, request a room away from the bar area to escape potential noise disturbances from late-night patrons.

The room was original. Bathroom large and clean
At night it is quite noisy due to the surrounding pubs. Breakfast was not special.

I booked this hotel for just one night and it was quite a surprise when they made an improvement in the reservation and gave us a suite. I couldn't believe it! the room was impressive, with two floors, complete bathroom, toilet, stereo, ... The reception staff was charming. it is located 5 minutes from Manchester Picadilly train station from where trains depart to the airport and 10 minutes from the city centre. I highly recommend it.
